How the puppies are raised
All our puppies are raised in 3 different loving homes. Puppies are handled daily. They get used to everyday noises like washing machines and fans, music, TV and vacuuming. We make sure they are socialized with children other dogs, well cared for and get the proper vet care before you bring home your brand new puppy home. They are raised in a safe home full of love and lots playtime. Our puppies are being potty pad trained from the moment they can walk and will start to be grass trained after their first puppy shot. Vet checks are right around 8 weeks old. We carefully select our puppies new family to ensure they are placed in a forever home.
Each puppy is watched over, nurtured and cared for everyday depending on the pups special personality and needs. The puppies are never alone for longer than 6 hours and keep constant watch over these sweet babies to ensure they are doing well and thriving.
They receive top quality vet care before going home and if anything comes up at the vet I make that aware to the pups new family before sending them home.
Co-ownership program
Our co-ownership Program is designed to preserve exceptional bloodlines while placing our dogs in loving safe homes. Rather than keeping every breeding dog in our home, we partner with carefully selected families who become the dog's lifelong family while working with us to responsibly continue our breeding program.
How It Works
As a co-owner, the dogs are provided with loving, stable homes where the dog is first and foremost a cherished loved companion. We remain involved in important breeding decisions and work together to ensure the health, well-being, and future of the breed.
All breeding dogs in our program are health tested, carefully evaluated, and selected based on health, structure temperament, and pedigree. Every breeding decision is made with the goal of producing healthy, well-socialized puppies that meet the highest standards.
Litter arrangements
Litter agreements are customized based on the individual dog and discussed in detail before any commitment is made. Expectations regarding breeding, puppy care, financial responsibilities, and compensation are clearly outlined in a written agreement so both parties understand their roles.
Depending on the agreement, puppies may be raised by the co-owner or by us. We handle the Marketing, screening of potential homes, and placement of all the puppies

Why I decided to start breeding
You're probably wondering what makes my program so different, so special. Well the truth is their are lots of other breeding programs out there. I can't tell you mine is one of a kind. But I can tell you I have been raising puppies for almost 10 years, this is my passion. This isn't a hobby for me, raising puppies is full time for me. Ive always had so much love and empathy for all animals, being raised on a farm as a young child into adolescence. My first ever dog was a surprise on my 9th birthday, a Chiweenie I named "Rudy". He was a gorgeous red long coat with long floppy ears and an insane personality. But I loved him no less. It didn't matter what I was doing Rudy was there, his loyalty and silliness won me and everyone around me over. Years later my mom brought home a little chihuahua "Ruby" and that was it, I was hooked. I absolutely fell in love with the chihuahua breed (as anyone would). Now I strive to bring that kind of joy to the new families of every single puppy I raise. To me there is nothing greater than the joy, loyalty and happiness these babies bring into our homes.
I am a stay at home mom of a beautiful 4 year old daughter, that being said I have all the time in the world for these babies, she even helps me care for them from time to time.
We both enjoy spending quality time with each puppy and adult dog to be sure they all get the love and affection they deserve. Spending time everyday to improve my program and the overall wellbeing of everyone in my home is my goal, and I hope to help find the right puppy to fit into your lap and family, like Rudy and Ruby did for me.
I love to create lifelong bonds with our pups new families and keep in touch for a lifetime support. I also spend time everyday working to improve my program and that shows in the puppies I produce.
